Types of Panelling
Vertical slats made from 9mm thick moisture resistant MDF with decorative edge detail between slats. These slats slide together to entirely cover wall surface, available with V groove or beaded edge details. Our standard cladding utilises 10cm wide slats but we can make bespoke widths
We supply this cladding as kits with rebated footer (skirting) and header rail sections.
Tongue & Groove Style Cladding
9mm or 6mm thick MDF strips, typically 7cm to 10cm wide. Precision cut. Glued to smooth plastered wall. Original wall surface shows through. Quick and cost effective method to achieve a contemporary take on Shaker wall panelling. Wide range of styles available. Can be configured for any wall size.
Very easy to install. All our kits come pre-cut with instructions.
Open Backed MDF Strip Panelling
Solid MDF wall panels which come in modular sections and slide together to completely cover the underlying wall surface. Available in a range of traditional Arts & Craft styles in 15mm or 12mm thicknesses. Made from moisture resistant MDF. Ideal for covering poor wall surfaces. Smooth finish can be painted.
Handmade to order to fit most walls. Ideal for old or new properties.
Solid MDF Back Boarded Panelling
Solid antique looking wall panels made from real grained wood with high quality stained and hand waxed finishes. Panels come in modular sections made to fit with decorative details and a wide range of finishes and colours. Made from 17mm thick Red Grandis faced plywood and solid wood.
Ideal for heritage properties and achieving a period look.
Handmade to order but still very cost effective.
Bespoke Wood Panels
Very simple way to acheive a panelled wall effect. Solid wood mouldings in an Astragal form, pre-mitred corners and cut to size. Used to make up square and rectangular boxes on walls with original wall surface showing through. Fixed using grab adhesive. Pre-made kits or bespoke designs available. Very quick and cost effective method of wall panelling.
