This listing is for a repeating square recessed pattern style modular panel which when added to other panels makes up a length of wall panelling.
 
A single row of panels can reach to around 110cm high but the clever modular design means they can be fitted in multiple interlocking rows to go to any height, as shown in the pictures.
 
The panels are supplied as complete panel units with back boards fitted as in the pictures.
 
Panels are available in 12mm thickness with 6mm deep recesses or 15mm thickness with 9mm deep recesses
 
Each repeating square recess has a nominal internal measurement of 25cm x 25cm. Adjustments are possible for other sized squares, contact us if you need bespoke sized panels.
 
Each complete panel is 32cm wide by 96cm tall (and 110cm tall when supplied with the complimentary 14cm tall footer panel). Simply buy the number of panels you need to fill your wall length. Panels when bought together as multiples will come with a free vertical panel strip to close of the last set of squares to the far right and free footer panels which run along the bottom of the panelling. 
 
This design of panelling is inspired by Elizabethan panelled rooms but with a contemporary clean look. This super value wall panelling is supplied in unfinished water resistant MDF sections ready to fix straight to the wall. You can then paint to finish. 
 
This panelling is 'closed backed' and is designed to be fixed to any wall using No More Nails, PVA  or similar grab adhesive, nails, or onto pre-fitted horizontal battens and nails etc. 
 
'Closed back' panels have additional back panels fitted so the original wall surface is not visible at all when the panelling is fitted. We can supply closed back kits so please contact us about this option.
 
Closed back panelling has several advantages over 'open backed' where panel strips are normally glued to smooth plastered walls:
 
Can be fitted to unfinished (brick or block) walls
Can fitted over woodchip wallpaper and similar
Can be used to box in pipes
The panels are already pre-fitted professionally and square to the back panels, they are also filled and sanded for very easy and quick install
Can be supplied pre-finished with white primer (select the primed option)
 
As a ready reckoner guide five standard vertical panels will fit a wall 231cm wide with the 7cm end strip.
 
A pre-primed option is available if you want the panel facings painted in primer before dispatch.
 
All panels joins are filled and sanded before dispatch regardless of finish.
