Shipping Policy
Dispatch and delivery days for orders are Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays.

We normally use a DX signed for next working day, large item service for our shipping for packed items up to 2m in length.
​
Typical order lead times will vary based on the type of product. Most made to order items have a lead time of 5-12 working days, plus 1-2 working days for shipping.
If you want a Saturday delivery this can be arranged for an additional fee- contact us about this service.
We generally offer free shipping on orders totalling GBP £79.99 or more. Orders under this amount pay a fixed shipping fee which will be added to your order.

Free shipping offer only available to the UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, please read the following sections if you are unsure.

Items over 2m when packed need to be shipped via a specialist freight service and additional charges apply. Please contact us about this service in advance of ordering or requesting bespoke sizing.

Shipping Limitations
Due to charges levied by our delivery agents, some Scottish Highland & Island locations incur a surcharge when being delivered by courier.

Customers in Northern Ireland, you are now treated as International by most UK mainland couriers. There may be additional fees or extended shipping times due to customs. Please contact us before ordering for a quotation.
Please note- if your postcode area is listed below your location is only partly covered by the free shipping offer, please contact us prior to purchasing goods and we can confirm the additional amount due and total cost of shipping - AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, all Islands including IOW.

International Shipping
EU shipping- due to Brexit, the incompetent implementation of it and resulting red tape and costs.... we can only ship to EU countries by special arrangement, please contact us prior to making your order.

For international orders to be shipped outside of the EU. We would need to arrange shipping with you prior to order. Please contact us if you want to do this.

We reserve the right to cancel ANY international or EU order which has not been pre-arranged.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to shop with confidence.
Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with a product, we are here to help.
We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our aim is to make the return or exchange process simple and straightforward for you. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Mistakes are very rare and we do everything we can to minimise them. However, we make thousands of bespoke orders every year and with handmade products there will inevitably be the odd mistake. We understand that this can be frustrating for our customers and we have a strict policy to resolve such issues quickly. If you receive an item which is damaged in transit, defective or has an error please contact us and we will send a replacement part or replace the entire order at our expense and as soon as possible.

If you receive an item but you wish to return it as unwanted then you can do so but you must pay for the return shipping including any related customs fees.
We will issue refunds for items returned provided they are returned in a condition fit for resale and undamaged. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of repairing damage from the amount refunded to you if damage occurs in transit.

Bespoke made to size or customised orders
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items that are customised or bespoke in nature unless the reason for the return is damage which has occured in transit or the manufacture has been defective. If you wish to cancel or return such items please contact us.

Order Cancellations
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order made on our website you may do so within 48hrs for a full refund, including for bespoke orders if you have requested customisations.

If more than 48hrs has elapsed from the order and you wish to cancel then please contact us. Normally we can cancel orders if they have not been made or shipped within the 3-12 window initially given.

Cancelling Bespoke Orders
Unfortunately we cannot routinely accept cancellations for items that are customised or bespoke and have already been made or shipped.
